I’m back girlies for another big-sis pep talk!! I start the episode with some applicable tips for pitching yourself and mindset shifts to gain confidence in speaking your name in a room full of opportunity. I give you the push you need to put yourself out there and go for your big dreams. Switching gears, I open up about a recent dialogue I’ve been having about prioritizing yourself first. It’s easy to put ourselves last, but I share the importance of serving your mental and physical health so you can love others deeper and be the best version of yourself. Sorry in advance for royally cursing you by bringing up the topic of rat kings (literally the most disgusting thing in the world). I share some of the small, personal changes I’ve made in my daily life to build a better me and push you to do the same.
