Taylor is back for another solo episode this week! Last weekend, while Taylor enjoyed a mini Texas vacation, was the 19-year anniversary of her brother’s death. Taylor shares a little bit about how she’s processed grief over the past 19 years and how it still shows up in her life today. She gives some encouraging words for anyone currently living through grief. She then pivots the conversation into an important topic that comes up often during the holiday season: controlling where and who you put your energy into!! For those of you who feel exhausted, discouraged, or stressed this season due to family, or commitments, or friends, Taylor reminds you that you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. This episode is full of pep talks, hard truths, and real moments.
