Slow clap for Dry January. I can’t believe I did it! If you’ve been following along, you know how important this commitment was for me–so I break down my experience with Dry January in this episode. I get honest about my relationship with alcohol and why I wanted to explore sobriety. I share some of the wild revelations, physical and mental manifestations, and overall clarity I’ve received from giving up alcohol for 35 days. Other than the physical benefits (which we all know about), I share some of the mental, emotional, and relationship-level transformations I’ve experienced and how it has majorly impacted every arena of my life.
